Admission

Tickets are sold subject to following conditions:

1. A ticket is required for all non-members wishing to attend the 2025 Stanthorpe Show on 31 January and 1 February 2025. This includes all personnel associated with the show who do not hold a 2025 show membership shield or official pass.

2. Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be provided in according with the Stanthorpe Agricultural Society’s refund policy as follows:

   • Up until 1 month from show – full refund

   • 1 month to 1 week from show – 50% refund

   • 1 week from show – from show (unless presentation of a doctor or vet certificate)

3. Tickets are sold on behalf of the Stanthorpe Agricultural Society who is responsible for presenting the 2025 Stanthorpe Show and subject to the conditions applicable to the 2025 Stanthorpe Show and/or the Stanthorpe Showgrounds.

4. The right of admission is reserved by the Stanthorpe Agricultural Society’s management committee.

5. The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or vary advertised programs, prices and entertainment.

6. Photographers and videographers will be on site during 2025 Stanthorpe Show. By purchasing a ticket and attending the show, you consent to being filmed or videoed for future promotional use.

7. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from the online ticket provider or other authorised points of sale.

8. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided to box office personnel. Failure to produce valid identification may result in the patron being charged full price for the ticket.

9. Tickets must not be re-sold or offered for re-sale at a premium (including via online auction sites) either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. The Stanthorpe Agricultural Society reserves the right to cancel any tickets purchased that are suspected of being used in this way. Scalping warning: The resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.

10. Please check event date and time on your ticket at time of purchase.

11. The purchase price includes GST. A transaction fee may also apply.

12. Ticket holders enter the Stanthorpe Showgrounds at own risk

13. Ticket holders must adhere to all house rules at bars.

14. No dogs are allowed on the grounds except in conjunction with a recognised activity e.g. sheep dogs, show dogs, novelty dogs or dog jumping. Dogs must be removed from the grounds upon completion of the activity.

15. Please follow our recycling practices and put all recyclables only in the recycling bins.
