SITE FEES

Stallholder site fees for the 2025 Bendigo Bank Stanthorpe Show are as follows:

• INSIDE THE EXHIBITION CENTRE

• Regular 3m x 3m sites - $220.00/site (incl. GST)

• Double 6m x 3m sites - $220.00/site (incl. GST)

• Oversize by application

NOTE: there are only a limited number of indoor sites available.

• OUTSIDE IN THE SHOWGROUNDS

• Regular 6m x 3m sites - $220.00/site (incl. GST)

• Double 6m Front x 3m sites - $220.00/site (incl. GST).  Frontage and depth must include tow bars, awnings & vehicles parked behind the site.

• Oversize by application

SITE POWER

If you require additional power points to what is supplied, the rates are as follows: 

• extra 10amp/15amp power points - $25.00 ea

• extra 3-phase power points - $50.00 ea

Stallholders must supply their own tested and tagged leads.

Stallholders must NOT use power boards. ​

CAMPING 

There is no charge for stall holders to camp on the Friday and Saturday nights of the Stanthorpe Show.

Charges apply for additional nights and must be pre-paid as follows:

• Unpowered site: $25.00/site/night.

• Powered site: $30.00/site/night (Leads must be tested and tagged.)
